Free and Fast Shipping

Free standard ground shipping on orders placed through our website is available to the 48 states in the contiguous United States. States and territories outside the contiguous United States will be assessed on an order to order basis. 

We work hard to get your order shipped out on the next business day! With roasted coffee, freshness is key so there may be small delays due to our roasting schedule or other factors.

You will receive a notification once your order has shipped. If you have not received this notification within 2 business days after placing your order, please get in touch with us.

Your order will be shipped via USPS or UPS from Monday through Friday. USPS and UPS observe most national holidays which may affect our shipping.

International Shipping

Get in touch with us at Info@avatarcoffeeroasters.com to set up an international shipment outside of the USA. Please include your phone number, shipping and billing addresses and which coffees you would like shipped and we will get your order shipped out as quickly as possible! Returns

Drop us a line or email us if you would like any recommendations to point you to your perfect coffee!

Due to the perishability of freshly roasted coffee we cannot accept returns on coffee. That said, we are committed to your complete satisfaction! If there are any errors in your order or if you are not completely happy with your coffee, please let us know right away.

We will replace any items in your order that go missing or are damaged in transit. Please get in touch with us immediately so that we can send out a replacement right away. Sending us a photo of the damaged product or shipping box can help us avoid repeating the same mistakes and can help us remedy the situation with our shipping partners.
